Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 23 July 2026

333eonccc("the Platform", "we", "us") operates the software behind petalpops and otherindependent online stores. These Terms explain how accounts work, how personal data is collected and used, and the limits of our (and, where applicable, a store's) legal liability to you.

Section A applies if you are a Shopper — someone browsing or buying from a store hosted on the Platform. Section B applies if you are a Shop Owner — someone who has signed up to run their own store using the Platform. Section C applies to everyone.

By ticking the agreement checkbox when you register or sign up, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Section A — If You Are a Shopper

A1. Your Account

Creating an account requires a name, phone number, and password, and optionally an email address. You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

A2. How Your Data Is Used

When you register or place an order, the store you're buying from (and the Platform, as the infrastructure provider) may collect and use your name, phone number, email, delivery address, and order history to: process and fulfil your orders; contact you about order status, payment, or delivery; provide customer support; and — unless you tell the store otherwise — send you updates about products, promotions, or restocks from that store.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with the payment, delivery, and communication providers (e.g. courier services, WhatsApp) reasonably needed to complete your order.

A3. Orders & Payments

Product listings, pricing, availability, and stock are controlled by the individual store, not the Platform. Orders, refunds, cancellations, and delivery are the responsibility of the store you purchased from, subject to that store's own policies where stated.

A4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use any store on the Platform for fraudulent orders, harassment of staff, or attempts to circumvent security, payment, or verification mechanisms.

Section B — If You Are a Shop Owner

B1. Your Store on Our Platform

The Platform provides the software (storefront, point-of-sale, inventory, and order management) that powers your store. You are responsible for the products you list, the accuracy of your descriptions and pricing, and fulfilling the orders your store receives.

B2. Fees & Billing

Access to your store is subject to the subscription plan and billing cycle you select at signup. Fees are charged as described at checkout or in your plan; we may suspend store access for unpaid fees after reasonable notice.

B3. Your Responsibility for Your Customers' Data

You, as the Shop Owner, are the party collecting and using your customers' personal data to run your business — the Platform is the infrastructure that stores and processes it on your behalf. You're responsible for using that data lawfully, including compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 or any equivalent law that applies to your business, and for how you communicate with and market to your own customers.

B4. Conduct & Content

You won't list counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods, and you won't use the Platform in a way that infringes another person's rights or breaks the law.

B5. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or close a store that breaches these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails to pay applicable fees, with notice where reasonably possible.

Section C — General Terms

C1. Data Retention & Your Rights

We keep account and order data for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the store (for order-related data) or the Platform directly using the details below.

C2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform (and, for Shoppers, the store you transacted with) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

C3. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the Platform against claims, losses, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

C4. Ending Your Account

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms.

C5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date above; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

C6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

C7. Contact Us

Questions about these Terms or your data can be sent to 333eonccc via the contact details provided on the Platform.
